How can I register with Audioteka?
In Audioteka to create a user account is easy. Click the link above to our page on "Register" and follow the instructions. With a few clicks, your account is created. 
 
What is "My shelf"? 
"My Shelf" is the place where all of your purchases are stored. So you access your audiobooks anytime. Whether via app or through our website, mobile phone, tablet or PC.
 
Why should I register?
In Audioteka you will find a huge selection of exciting, fiction, non-fiction, funny, heart-rending and interesting audio books have to register without you. Registration only takes no time and through your account you can access your purchased audiobooks in all your devices.
 
I forgot my password. How can I change it? 
Go to the login page, click "Forgot Password" and enter your e-mail address provided during registration. Then we will then send you a link to reset your password.
 
I want to change my login information. How does it work?
To change your login information, please go to the website and then "Account Settings". Here you have the possibility of your login name, your password or your e-mail address to change.

I have created accidentally Audioteka two accounts. Can I merge them?
Please send us an e-mail to hi@audioteka.com and let us know the email addresses of the two accounts. Then we can merge your accounts after we review it.

 
Purchases and Payments
 
How can I buy an audiobook at Audioteka?
To buy Audioteka a book, you have two choices: You can either purchase through our website every audiobook. Just choose from to an audio book and click 'buy'. Or you can purchase through our IOS or Android application.
 
How can I pay for Audioteka?
We accept different payment methods. In addition to direct debit, debit card and credit card, we also offer payments via PayPal.
 
While paying my internet connection was interrupted. How can I complete the transaction?
To complete the transaction, simply go into your shelf, click again "Buy" and close the process in your shopping cart by clicking on "Pay" from.
 
I live abroad. Can I buy from Audioteka anyway?
Sure. Audioteka is a global service. You can purchase any Audio Book from our catalogues without any problems. If you are looking for audio books in other languages, you can down at the bottom of the page, simply select a different language.
 
Where do I find my purchased audiobooks?
Any product purchased from you audiobook is after purchase in "your shelf." From there you can download or listen directly in the app it to all your devices.
 
I have not received confirmation of my payment. What should I do?
If you do not receive a confirmation of your payment from, the transaction was not successful. If you are still sure that we have received your payment, please get in our support and we will take care of it: hi@audioteka.com
 

How can I file a complaint?
The easiest way is to use the contact form on our website - choosing "Complaint" as the message subject. Alternatively you can use the On-line Dispute Resolution platform provided by the European Commission - https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

How do I download the audiobook after purchase?
After your purchase, the audiobook automatically is downloaded and once part of it is downloaded then you can see them in your shelf and start listening, the rest of the audiobook will be downloaded in background.
 
I purchased audiobook through web and want to listen with my Android/IOS app. How can I do it?
Simple. Login with your credentials in your app, same as you used while purchasing. Go to your "Shelf", just drag the shelf to refresh from top to bottom and within no time you should be able to see your audiobooks.
 
How many computers and/or devices you can use with Audioteka?
Unlimited. You can login with your in multiple device and multiple number of times.
 
If I delete my audiobook from myself, do I have to pay for it again to re-download it?
No. Once you paid, the audiobook is yours forever. You can anytime get it back by searching in the catalogues.
 
What is a watermark?
Watermark is a kind of marker covertly embedded in a noise-tolerant signal such as audio or image data. It is typically used to identify ownership of the copyright of such signal. Digital watermarks may be used to verify the authenticity or integrity of the audiobook signal or to show the identity of its owners. Certain conditions, i.e. after using some algorithm, and imperceptible anytime else. Audioteka adds watermarking to your audiobook after it is purchase so you can be the sole owner of the audiobook and it can track and disable piracy.
 
I purchased audiobook and watermarking is taking too much time.
Watermark sometimes takes 30 mins, depending on the length of the audiobook. If it takes more time, please reach us at hi@audioteka.com
