Each devotion opens with a less-quoted scripture on God's faithfulness, such as Psalm 131 or Isaiah 30:15, then places you in an ordinary scene you will recognise. A pray-along prayer of letting go follows, read slowly enough to repeat, and every day closes with one small practice you can actually do before bed. The narration is unhurried, with a real pause after the reading and again before the prayer.
