Stop People Pleasing Hypnosis to Say No

Someone asks for a favor, and the yes is out of your mouth before you have checked whether you actually have the time. Later you replay it, resentful at them and annoyed at yourself, and you still send the apologetic follow-up text.

This audiobook gives you guided self-hypnosis you listen to seated, eyes closed and fully aware. Each session opens with a slow induction and a ten-step staircase deepener, then moves into present-tense suggestion work while your mind is relaxed enough to take it in. One session rehearses saying no in a single plain sentence. Another lets someone be disappointed while you stay steady. Others cover asking for what you need and speaking up in a meeting without your voice shaking. An everyday anchor ties each change to a small physical cue you can use at your desk, and a gentle count-up brings you back alert.

Within a couple of weeks the pause before you answer gets longer and the guilt after a boundary gets shorter. Sit down, close your eyes, and press play.
