Chakras are respected in the cultures of Hinduism and Buddhism. It is said that a balance of the chakras can lead more and more to harmonization and balance.
Chakras are subtle energy centers in the body and are connected to each other.
Special features of this meditation are, on the one hand, a pleasant relaxation and, on the other hand, the development of the idea of letting the colors of the chakras flow in the body.
A pleasant experience of flow, a state of "effortless presence", an experience of "it happens effortlessly without effort", can be touched. The thoughts are aligned and the body is alert and relaxed at the same time.
