10 Minute Bedtime Stories for Toddlers

Your toddler is worn out, the lights are low, and still the little eyes stay open. You need something short and gentle that ends in sleep, not in a request for one more chapter.

Press play and Rosie the sleepy little lamb takes over. In each ten-minute story she does the same cozy things she does every night, a warm splash in the barn trough, a soft goodnight to the cow and the hens and the old farm dog, and a slow snuggle into the straw as the stars come out. The words are the simplest ones a small child knows, and a repeating goodnight refrain gives your toddler something to sink into. Every story stands on its own, with no cliffhanger, so one story is one night.

By the time Rosie closes her eyes, your child is usually already there. Start tonight and let Rosie lead the way to sleep.
