Terms for posting reviews on Audioteka

Ensuring the reliability and authenticity of reviews is very important to us - this way we can provide Listeners with a better understanding of the product and help them decide if it is the right choice for them.

We encourage you to share your feelings, both positive and negative - every review will be published as long as it remains in line with our guidelines.

Who can post reviews and how does Audioteka ensure that reviews are authentic?

Reviews are collected, verified, and published in accordance with these terms.

To guarantee the authenticity and relevance of reviews, reviews cannot be posted by unlogged Users. The email address used to register the account in Audioteka and purchase the product or service always serves as a verifiable reference point for identifying the account and its permissions. The User can only rate and review products to which they have access.

Rules for posting reviews

We post both positive and negative reviews. However, we do not tolerate reviews intended to mislead Customers or manipulate them, including by posting false or inauthentic content. By reviewing the product, you agree to these guidelines and undertake to comply with them.

If we detect attempts to manipulate reviews or violations of our guidelines, we may limit your ability to use reviews and remove all your past reviews.

Before publishing the reviews entered by Users, we thoroughly verify their content and take appropriate actions each time.

It is prohibited to post reviews:

  • written in an incomprehensible way,
  • not related to the product,
  • containing defamatory, defamatory, offensive, or threatening comments; do not use profanity, do not express hatred or intolerance towards people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, gender or gender identity, religion, sexual orientation, age, or disability,

  • that explicitly reveals the plot of the recording,
  • that encourages illegal behavior.

How the star rating is calculated

The overall rating is calculated as the average of all ratings since the product was published - no other factors influence its value.
